If Fabron offers you a "cut price" alternative to Cimiez or Mont Boron real estate then the Musicians Quarter offers you a saving over the Carre d'Or. Take a look at a Nice street map North of Boulevard Victor Hugo and you will see a cluster of streets named after composers (Mozart, Verdi etc). This is area of Nice property is called The Musician's Quarter. The buildings are similar in style to the Carre d'Or, perhaps slightly less grand and obviously a little further from the sea.
