1. Location - To get the very most of your Nice city vacation you must stay in or very near to the Old Town ("Old Nice", "Vieux Nice" or "La Vielle Ville" as it is also called). This pastel-coloured quarter of Nice is the cultural, artistic and social epi-centre of the city. All the Nice city guidebooks will point you toward the Old Town. It is in Old Nice that you will find the coolest shops, the cosiest cafés, the trendiest bars, the flower market, the oldest architecture and the best atmosphere. And any Old Nice appartement location is also going to be less than 4 minutes walk to the beach.

2. Service - Not everyone who comes to Nice speaks fluent French. Nice is a cosmopolitan city and it is perfectly possible to more than get by in English (although a few words of French will be appreciated). Each of our selected apartments is managed by British expats resident in Nice and owned by British owners. All your dealings will be in English.
