Notice how well placed the Old Town is: The Old Town is the approximate triangular cluster of streets, framed by the Boulevard Jean Jaures, The Quai des Etats-Unis and the Port (zoom in a bit!). You are right by the sea, 30 metres from the flower market, near the port (and it's sea food restaurants) and right by the bus station on Blvd Jean Jaures. The pedestrianized designer shopping area is just West of Old town.
