Fabron - to the West of the city centre offers good value modern developments. The Musicians Quarter - offers (relatively) affordable city centre living. The Old Town - is the hottest property market in the city and a tourist favorite. The Port - could be the "New" Old Town and perfect for those sailing regattas.
